Senior Clinical Research Associate (SrCRA)

Function: You take responsibility for the administration and monitoring of clinical research projects according to our Standard Operating Procedures and the relevant regulations. You analyze and evaluate clinical data, ensure compliance with protocol and overall clinical objectives; identify, select, initiate and close-out appropriate investigational sites for clinical studies. You monitor the sites in order to ensure that studies are carried out according to the applicable regulations and guidelines. You act as mentor for junior staff members. Regular travel (30-50%) is required.

Profile: By preference, you have a (para-) medical or scientific degree and at least three (3) years of clinical research experience (monitoring). You have excellent planning and organizational skills with good negotiation, time-management and people skills. You are fluent in English and preferably in other languages as well.

Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

Function: You take responsibility for the administration and monitoring of clinical research projects according to our Standard Operating Procedures, the ICH-GCP Guidelines and ISO 14155. You analyze and evaluate clinical data, ensure compliance with protocol and overall clinical objectives; identify, select, initiate and close-out appropriate investigational sites for clinical studies. You monitor the sites in order to ensure that studies are carried out according to the applicable regulations and guidelines. Regular international travel (50%) is required.

Profile: By preference, you have a (para-) medical or scientific degree (biology / pharmacy) and at least one year of clinical research experience including monitoring, or at least a minimum of two years experience in pharmaceutical data management or as a study coordinator. You are a detailed oriented professional with good negotiation, time management and people skills. You are at least fluent in English and by preference in more European languages.

SAS Data Analyst/Programmer

Function: The SAS Data Analyst/Programmer uses broad statistical data analysis and programming skills to identify needs, perform hands-on analysis to create insights and improve outcomes. This includes but is not limited to, the coordination of the planning, development, design, deployment, management and support of clinical study databases and data entry systems; the review and validation of clinical study statistical analysis processes and their execution. The SAS Data Analyst/Programmer is responsible for developing databases in SAS environment, for creating the Statistical Analysis Plan, reviewing the clinical study reports and managing user acceptance testing of databases and software among other statistical and programming related tasks.

Profile: You have a masters degree from an accredited program in statistics, econometrics, mathematics or other related quantitative field; by preference you have PhD with minimum three (3) years experience with strong programming skills and are able to develop/build models. You have experience with time series analysis, regression models, cluster analysis, logistic regression, variance component analysis and non-parametric analysis; as well as with advanced statistical analysis and data mining methodologies. You have excellent planning and organizational skills with good negotiation, time-management and people skills. You are fluent in English.
